Our Client and Due Diligence Approach is used to review all opportunities. Here are some of what we require:

Business Plan

• Copy of most recent business plan
• 3-5 year financial projections (budgets and asset growth) and assumptions related to the business plan

Financial Statements

• Audited financial statements for the last three (3) years
• Interim statements for most recent period with comparison to prior year

Corporate Structure

• Brief history of the Firm , mission statement
• List any mergers, acquisitions and other major events during firms history
• List of any subsidiaries and affiliated entries including a description of main activities, relationship with the Firms core business and recent financial statements
• Description of all major lines of business and product offerings
• Estimated market share, names and sizes of competitors by line of business
